When you call Matthews Heating, I promise I will return your calls quickly and answer your questions and concerns as best I can. In cases of emergency, I can always be reached 24 hours a day as I am on a pager. My work is backed by warranties. On installations of new products I provide a 5 year warranty, and on service and repair I offer a 1 year warranty.

Before Calling For Service:

Check the following list of suggestions to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and expense:

• Is your thermostat set above room temperature?
• Have you pressed the RESET button on the burner control box? (Usually located on the chimney stack, but may be on the burner itself.) RESET ONLY ONCE.  If still doesn't start up, call us.
• Have you checked all fuses or multibreakers?
• Are all oil burner electric switches ON?
• Is there sufficient oil in the tank?
